Step 21 boundary
What must happen before these documents become operative.
- Approve the legal entity name, registered address, and monitored support, privacy, and security contacts.
- Reconcile the actual provider and subprocessor list with production data flows.
- Finalize retention, deletion, export, cookie, consent, cancellation, refund, and billing behavior.
- Obtain qualified EU/Poland and United States legal and tax review.
- Version required customer acceptances and ensure the product behavior matches them.

The current public surface has no signup, payment, analytics tag, marketing cookie, or contact form.
Production onboarding and any data-collecting surface remain separately gated. The authenticated application is kept under /app/.
